What You Will Need

1. Wood
2. Paint and brushes
3. Knobs
4. Hooks
5. Hangers
6. Drill

Step 1

Cut your board to the length you prefer. I did 15 1/2'.

Step 2

Paint the board whatever color you prefer. I used white for this project. If you want the weathered look, after the paint dries sand it paying attention to the corners and edges. And then go over it with a wet paper towel dipped in another color. I used light blue for this.  This will make it have that "vintage" look.

Step 3

Measure out where to put 5 holes in the board so it looks even.

Step 4

Screw in the knobs. After adding the knobs, add in the hooks on the bottom. I used five hooks on the front and four hooks on the bottom. You can hang several necklaces from one hook if you need to.

Step 5

Add hangers on the back so you can hang up your new jewelry rack.
